I signed on to Gmail and there was a 3 second wait. During the waiting time, I thought I’d check out the Politics Subreddit and see what was going on in the world. On reddit, I saw an article about Jon Stewart replying to Sean Hannity’s apology. While the video loaded, I opened a new tab, used StumbleUpon to find an article about the unexpected turns one scientist’s career took over 30 years. Then I wondered about the company the guy started, BioCrowd, and went to the site and wondered what people I could meet if I joined. Elizabeth walked in and said a line from a YouTube video, I want my bacon. I hadn’t seen it in a while and pulled it up on YouTube to watch for 1 minute and 20 seconds. Then I saw the tab I had left open with Jon Stewart’s video and listened for 2 minutes and 10 seconds. Then I checked Facebook for more videos and saw it was my cousin-in-law’s birthday.
